Principles of Knitting to be available this November!

October 5, 2011

From the publisher:

A treasured guide beloved by knitters everywhere, the classic book The Principles of Knitting is finally available again in a fully revised and updated edition. This is THE definitive book on knitting techniques, with valuable information for everyone from beginners to experienced knitters. June Hiatt presents not only a thorough, thoughtful approach to the craft, but also a passion for carrying on the art of knitting to future generations. She has repeatedly tested the various techniques and presents them with clear, easy-to-follow instructions as well as an explanation of what each one can contribute to your knitting.

Knitters, the interminable wait is almost over. June Hemmons Hiatt has finally finished the revision of her famous book, The Principles of Knitting. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this comprehensive work, Hiatt’s publication has been out of print since 1989. As such, until now, the only way to obtain a copy was by luck (at a garage or estate sale) or from ebay at prices in excess of $300!

Pre-order the book through us and join us for a publication sell-abration. Wine, cheese and surprises. Contact us at the store to reserve your copy and get all the details.
