What’s New @ Knit?

New Spring Yarns
New Spring yarns are arriving daily. Stop by to check out some of our favorites - Mykonos, Summer Silk, Debbie Bliss Cotton Denim DK , Luma

Aptenoknits Yarn
We are the only shop to carry Aptenoknits Yarn. The yarns are among the softest that I have ever held. Many of you may be familiar with the name. The force behind the yarn is Michael Dworjan who's patterns have appeared in Vogue. This yarn comes in sock, sport and worsted.

Neighborhood Fiber Company
Did you know that we are now carrying yarn from Neighborhood Fiber Company? We Just received a new shipment of Edge kits, just in time for our new knit-a-long.

Facebook, Instagram and Ravelry
Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Ravelry? Check them out to keep updated on everything Knit.

Our next Knit Nite will be May 3rd

About Us

What makes us special?
Maybe it's our tables, the centerpiece of our shop, where our customers can sit and knit, learn and teach.
Perhaps it is be our selection of yarns in every color imaginable.
It might be our friendly owner, Cheryl, who are always ready to help a new customer become a knitter or assist someone with a project.
Or it is our community of loyal customers, a welcoming social network that gathers around our table?
Come see for yourself what makes us special.

See how we contribute to the community by knitting for Winthrop Hospital Preemies, Precious Purls. Join us!
